Series Commencement Race Handicaps

The starting handicaps for this series are based on a continuum of the placing penalty system as per SI 14.3 applied to all yacht places in the final race (15) of the previous series (Autumn Wednesdays 2021), and an additional adjustment applied at this race to that series 1, 2 and 3 score winners.
